EPS earns its revenue from fixed membership and listing fees — paid for access, profile, and education. Our fees are never tied to whether any deal happens.
Membership Fee
Members join the platform for a fixed periodic fee, giving them access to the community, education, and the professional pool.
Listing Fee
Developers build a verified project profile for a fixed listing fee — payable for the listing itself, regardless of outcome.
Introductions
Members are introduced to one another. They — with their own advisers — decide and transact entirely independently of EPS.
EPS’s fees are fixed charges for membership, listing, education, and events. They are not commissions, finder’s fees, or success fees, and are not contingent on any transaction taking place. EPS does not receive, hold, or transmit member or investor funds; any transaction between members is arranged and settled directly between those parties and their own advisers.

Nature of the platform
EPS, operated by EPS Singapore Pte Ltd and its Philippine-registered affiliate, is a membership, education, networking, and advisory platform for the longevity economy. EPS is not a broker, dealer, salesman, investment adviser, investment house, or funding portal, and does not hold itself out as any of these. EPS does not offer, sell, distribute, underwrite, or solicit the purchase or sale of any securities, investment contracts, or financial products.

Members act independently
Introductions are made between members for networking purposes. All discussions, negotiations, due diligence, valuation, documentation, and any resulting transaction are conducted independently and privately between the members concerned, each acting on their own behalf and with their own independent legal, financial, and tax advisers. EPS is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, any transaction, agreement, representation, or outcome between members.
Fees
EPS charges fixed membership, listing, education, and event fees for access to the platform and its services, as set out in separate written terms. These fees are not commissions, brokerage, finder’s fees, or success fees, are not contingent on any transaction, introduction outcome, or capital being raised, and do not represent remuneration for effecting or facilitating any securities transaction. EPS does not receive, custody, manage, or transmit member or investor funds.
Member responsibility & compliance
Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their own activities, offerings, and transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Securities Regulation Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8799), the rules and regulations of the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), anti-money-laundering requirements, and the laws of their own jurisdictions. Any person intending to raise funds or offer securities must ensure such offering is duly registered or properly exempt, and must obtain its own independent professional advice.
Risk
Real estate, development, early-stage, and longevity-economy projects carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss of capital, illiquidity, and long holding periods. Members must form their own independent assessment and should only commit capital they can afford to lose.
Eligibility
Membership and participation are subject to eligibility, identity verification, and acceptance. EPS reserves the right to decline or withdraw membership at its discretion.
